Why am I not seeing the recent website changes?

There is probably a cache that needs to be cleared. All of our websites have four caches that need to be cleared when changes are made for those changes to be universally viewable.

  1. WordPress cache – Marketing will clear for you. Submit a ticket.
  2. WP Engine cache – Marketing will clear for you. Submit a ticket.
  3. Cloudflare cache – Marketing will clear for you. Submit a ticket.
  4. Browser caches – You can clear this. Here is basic tutorial. NOTE: might change by browser.
